What the AI Coach does
The AI Financial Coach answers questions about your money and suggests practical next steps. Our service first calculates facts from the data you share (for example totals, recurring payments and budget progress) and the AI explains them. It can still be wrong and does not know your full situation.
The AI Coach can suggest changes, such as a draft budget. You decide whether to apply them. It never deletes or edits records, moves money, buys financial products, makes investments, executes payments or contacts banks.
You choose what it can see
Share my data: the record types you select (transactions with payees from the last 90 days, notes, accounts and balances, budgets, goals, bills, debts, shopping lists, tasks and habits). Share totals only: income and spending totals, category totals, budgets and goals. Don’t share my data: only your questions, for general answers.
At any level you can attach specific records or type details to one question. Nothing is sent until you ask a question, and nothing is sent in the background.
How it is processed
Requests travel encrypted to the PrivatePocket AI service and then to our AI provider, Google (Gemini API), only to generate your answer. Your data is not used for advertising, not sold and not used to train AI models.
Retention
Our AI service does not store your questions, your data or the answers, and does not log their contents. Our AI provider processes requests under its commercial API terms. Technical records without financial content (hashed installation ID, plan, usage counters, request time and status) are kept up to 30 days, and usage counters until the end of the following month.
Your controls
Change what the AI can see, or turn it off, any time in Privacy Center. You can delete the technical records linked to your installation from the same screen or by emailing felixkipkiruikerich@gmail.com.
